論文掲載のお知らせ(nSMOL法を用いたLC-MS/MSによる抗体医薬品の測定)

シミックファーマサイエンス株式会社では以前より株式会社島津製作所が開発したnSMOL(nano-surface and molecular-orientation limited proteolysis)法を用いたLC-MS/MSによる抗体医薬品の測定に注力して参りました。今回、その手法を用いたベバシズマブ測定の結果が、ELISA法及びマイクロ流体デバイスを用いたイムノアッセイの測定結果と比較検証され、その内容が株式会社島津製作所の論文で公開されましたので、お知らせいたします。
