論文掲載のお知らせ(qPCR測定の留意点とバリデーション)

シミックファーマサイエンス株式会社では、バイオアナリシスフォーラム(Japan Bioanalysis Forum、JBF)のディスカッショングループDG-2017-33「qPCRを用いた定量における バリデーションの考え方」に参加し、qPCRによる定量方法や数値の取扱い、バリデーション項目やその基準、測定に際しての留意点などについて議論を深めて参りました。

今回、DG-2017-33で話し合われた内容を基に、qPCR測定おける問題と測定の注意点、バリデーション項目とその基準についての論文が公開されましたので、お知らせいたします。
